UseLookbook sells digital AI generation credits. Credits are delivered to your account after payment. Refunds are available when credits were not delivered, when a payment was duplicated, or when unused credits are requested within 7 days of purchase.
Eligible
- You were charged twice for the same pack.
- Payment succeeded and credits never arrived, and we cannot fix it.
- Credits are still unused and you email us within 7 days of purchase.
Not eligible
- Credits already spent on generation.
- A request blocked because it broke the content safety rules.
- You dislike the creative result after credits were used.

Email [email protected] with your account email, order reference, purchase date, and reason. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
