Account data: your email address and basic account settings when you sign up.
Photos: selfies and reference images you upload to generate portraits.
Payment data: processed directly by our payment partners (PayPal and our merchant-of-record provider). We do not see or store your full card number.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device information used to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use your data
To create your account, generate your portraits, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. Photos and AI processing
Uploaded photos are sent to third-party AI image models solely to generate your portraits. We do not use your photos for advertising without your permission, and we do not sell them.
You may request deletion of your uploaded photos and generated portraits at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will delete them from active systems within 30 days.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run LookBook: payment processors, AI model providers, and hosting infrastructure. Each processes data only on our instructions.
6. Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Uploaded photos are kept until you delete them or request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may close your account at any time, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
LookBook is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
