1. The service

LookBook turns a selfie you upload into AI-generated portraits in styles you choose, including professional headshots. Portraits are generated by third-party AI models and delivered digitally to your account within minutes.

Outputs are AI-generated imagery. We do not guarantee that a portrait will resemble you to any specific degree, and portraits must not be used as official identification photos, passports, visas, or any government-issued ID.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and payments

LookBook sells prepaid credits. Your first 2 portraits are free with no card required. Credit packs (for example $4.99 for 60 credits, $9.99 for 140 credits, $19.99 for 320 credits) are one-time purchases; 10 credits generate 1 portrait. Prices are in USD.

Credits never expire and there is no subscription unless a subscription product is explicitly offered and you opt in. Payments are processed by our payment partners (PayPal and our merchant-of-record provider). Delivery is instant and digital: credits appear in your account immediately after successful payment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use LookBook only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which lists prohibited content including sexual or pornographic imagery, deepfakes and impersonation of real people, infringing content, and illegal content. We screen prompts and generated images, and we may refuse, remove, or report violating content.

5. Your photos and our license

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them — in particular, that a selfie is of yourself or that you have the depicted person's consent.

By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your photos solely to generate your portraits and operate the service. We do not sell your photos.

6. AI outputs and intellectual property

You may use portraits generated for you for personal and commercial purposes, including profile photos, resumes, and marketing materials. You may not claim that an AI-generated portrait is an unedited photograph of a real event, and you may not use portraits to deceive, impersonate, or mislead.

The LookBook name, logo, templates, and site content remain our intellectual property.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every portrait will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with no refund of unused credits in cases of abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
